Sports injury query

Basically I have been injured for the best part of two years. It started when I got tackled in a rugby match and landed awkwardly on my hip. This led to problems with my hamstrings, knees and most recently my ankles. I am finding it very difficult to shake these problems. Ive been to four different physios over the course of these injurys and had to travel to the sports injury clinic in santry for an MRI scan. I was given a bunch of core exercises to do. But soon after I started to get pain in my patella tendon and more recently my two ankles. I was told they are all realated to each other. Whilst this was all happening I struggled through playing sports. Before getting injured I used to play rugby at schools level and hurling at a high standard too I.e training around 6 times a week plus matches. I just dont enjoy playing sports anymore because im constantly playing through some sort of pain. I've decided to take a 3 month break from all sports. My physio has made out a programme for me to follow.

So can anybody give me any advice on how to go about returning properly from these injurys? Did anyone have similar problems and how did they overcome them? Any advice much appreciated!
