I bought this on amazon.com a couple of years ago (well, to be fair a collector's edition of all 5 series) for over €100 when you include the taxes I was hit with as you couldn't buy all 5 seasons this side of the pond at the time so this is a great price. My US versions are still unopened (lol). That'll teach me!

Was recently listed as "the best tv series you've likely never seen" in Empire I think. Supposed to be very good, and a million miles from One Tree Hill!

This an excellent and criminally underrated series, highly recommended. On a side note all 5 seasons are on American Netflix for anyone who wants to check it out before they buy.

Hmmmm....I can get all these off a mate who has them downloaded. But be sure nice to have the boxset though.

Having seen series 1 I'm dying to get stuck into the rest.

Brilliant so far.

It's got a One Tree Hill vibe about it which is why I left it so long to actually give it a watch. One of the worst judgement calls I've ever made on a TV show to date

Absolutely brilliant show, should be in everyone's top 5 TV shows of all time.

It's just unbelievable that the show was nearly cancelled because no one in the states watched it when it was airing.


So in short - if you don't own it go buy it right now

Loved the show. The final episode aired on Sky Atlantic last week. I'd love to pick it up on BD but this is a great price.

Great series would've bought it but as mentioned above series was shown on sky Atlantic. Clear eyes full hearts can't lose.

Superb show. Buy it and watch it for the acting performance of Zach Gilford in The Son. It's the best performance I've ever seen from an actor in an episode and I've seen all of the big shows.
