minerals for heifers

    have ten aax heifers 1 1/2 year old,ave 400kg, on aftergrass and getting 2kg beef nuts a day,planning to ai in november,should they be getting minerals and which are best,thank you

    Is there need for 4.5lb of nuts a head a day on good grass? It wouldn't by my way of doing it.
    If I was concerned about a mineral deficit I'd throw a couple of fertility licks with em.
