Limited Company - Waiting Time

    Hi all,

    Just wondering if anyone knows roughly how long limited company formations sent through the ordinary system to the CRO are taking these times?

    They quote on average 15 working days, but just wondering if anyone has had applications processed faster than this?

    Assuming all the paper work is correct they will say 15 working days but it can be longer, as it depends on how many companies have to be processed and staff holidays can cause a slight delay and also the last bank holiday can also delay it.

    Ring them and ask them if they received the document, is it correct and when will it be processed.
