    How much is the fee to use my Bank of Ireland debit card to withdraw money from South America ( from Colombia) ?

    The existing charges for making non-euro Visa Debit transactions are as follows:
    Point of Sale 1.75% minimum €0.46; maximum €11.43 per transaction
    ATM 3.5% minimum €3.17; maximum €11.43 per transaction

    Visa Debit cards are accepted anywhere in the world where the Visa symbol or logo is displayed.
    When using your card abroad, we would always recommend contacting your account holding branch or Banking365on 0818 365 365 / 00 353 1 4044000 to make us aware of your travel arrangements so we can note the account for you.
