Vodafone HG658c DynDNS Setup??

    Hi all. I am looking setup my DynDNS account on the router rather than using the client on a PC/server. I have the page open in front of me, but can't figure which details are filled in in each of the boxes
    Service Provider: DynDNS.org
    WAN Connection: PTM interface (2nd option in combo-box)
    Host: ????
    Domain: ????
    Username: ****
    Password: ****

    Can anyone help fill in the blanks for me? Cheers
