    As above,might be stupid but is my wife entitled to apply for the Bike to Work whilst doing a CE scheme?

    Community Employment scheme and the Bike to work Scheme,can my wife apply for it ?

    Don't think so, It's based on the tax relief you get back. So I assume you would need to be paying full stamp and tax. But I do stand to be corrected.

    Using the Bike to Work scheme, your employer can help you obtain a brand new bike and safety equipment worth up to 1,000 euro. You can use a salary sacrifice arrangement to pay for the bike monthly and that means you can save up to 52% of the retail price of bike and equipment. Your employer also makes savings to encourage them.

    Not sure if in right tread, but my boss says he doesn't do the scheme? I thought all companies do it? Bit p issued of with this, can anyone shed some light here for me?
