Hi Folks, I've recently purchased a 1970s bungalow requiring renovation. Usual stuff, insulation, wiring, heating, internal layout rejig etc. I've had a few builders in and I do have plans. Quotes are like chalk and cheese in some cases. Can anyone recommend a good galway city area builder? Anyone have experience of a similar build as proving very hard to get a handle on costs.
