I'm assuming that it is a 2L TDI ... based on a average condition .. advertise for €6.5k - 7k and take anything offered over €6k

When you put an ad up you are effectively competing with all the other ads for the year/brand/mileage on that site and others.

I suggest you look on all the main sales sites for your year and brand and see what they are selling for. Remember that asking price isn't selling price so you'll only get a ballpark price. Then it's trim levels, paint condition etc. Then at the end of the day it's down to how much the buyer wants it versus how desperate the seller is to sell.

I think that is a very optimistic price. I know S Line A4s go for silly money but given that it is 8 years old and has 190k miles on the clock I don't think it will fetch that much. I think €5k would be more realistic imo.

actually .. i don't know how I missed the milage ... if someone offers you €5k take the hand off him
