BSOD

There was a power cut twice in my home (faulty iron). When i booted my PC back up, i got the dreaded BSOD, it lasted about 2 seconds, and i saw the words "memory dump", it rebooted but as soon as Windows started it went to BSOD a second time again with "Memory Dump".

I booted a 3rd time and it is now working, my first thoughts were that the power cut had affected some hardware, but i'm now using it and all seems well, for now anyways.

Any suggestions for anything I can check or run?

PC: Windows Vista SP2, 1 GB RAM

    Thanks.
