claas 46 baler , twine won,t go on

hi , my 46 baler , the twine only goes on some times , the neddles move a bit but won,t go in all the way , i have to get and push them in full to get twine to go on , any help thanks

there bushs on pivot points on neddles u mit need new one s or take them off an oil them or the spring is to week or belt cud ****e d
