Airbag light on – Seat sensor

I had to jump start the car recently and I get the dreaded airbag light on once the car is started. Got the diagnostics and it’s the seat mattt sensor. (E60 5 series)

So I get a quick fix plug on ebay and fit it clear codes and no more airbag light. The only problem I have now is the annoying seatbelt warning light/sound when Im driving without a passenger.

I heard there is a plug/wires you can get to bypass the plug from the seatbelt under the seat – has anyone heard of such?

Id prefer to get a bypass plug rather than cutting wires from the seatbelt buckle as I intend to replace the seat sensor matt down the line.
