Workout music anyone ?

    Hello im hoping someone can help me out im looking fora decent workout list of songs to keep me going in the gym, the workout mixes on youtube are crap. If any djs could make me a list of tunes of kinda dance or rnb charty music nothing really rock , decent 90s music aswel. I cant find what im looking for on the net i also love frank jez on fm104 but cant get his mixes anywere. Well all help appriciated cheers

    Theres a lot to be said for keeping your workout pace at a medium intensity ( with short bursts of high ) . I cycle quite a lot, hate the gym tbh..but when I'm in the mood for music to go with it, it has to be some atmospheric drum and bass. The tempo suits the cadence perfectly ( I'd imagine it would do the same with running ), and the music is interesting - I especially like it on cold winter spins.

    Nice sounds esp for cycling, it makes me wanna start cycling :)
