It's gone 4.30am and a Bird Scarer is going off every couple of minutes. Should these things be turned off at night? The farm is non residential.

New type crow bangers have a light cell which when it starts to come bright in the morning starts them off!!
personally I turn mine off at 8 at night until 8 in the morning but then I live on the farm!!

you can get a timer on the gas line for about 70 squids. no excuse to have it running all night.

I hear one myself every night but it isnt close and it goes off every 3/4 hour or so - if it is every few minutes and close that would annoy anyone. maybe ask him politely to have the gap longer or if he could turn it off each night. I had one myself for a number of years and turned it off each night but it was close to the house.
