Can i be cut ?

Had a 14 today on a hole but with a clause 19 adjust, that will rounded down to an 8 ? if that happened id guess Id come in under CSS

if i had a 14 on a hole i'd be more concerned with wondering where i could bury my clubs and not if i'll be getting cut or not:P

Yes you can be cut. Couple weeks ago I played with a 6 handicapper who had an 11 on a par 4 but he was still cut 0.6

Expect a cut. That's exactly the purpose of clause 19

why would it be rounded down to an 8, I thought it would be rounded down to a 6 (or double bogey) ?

Happened me in a junior scratch last year. Bladed a bunker shot, came back and hit me on the chest. Made a 9 or 10 on a par 4 but the rest of the round was decent. The score on that hole was rounded down to a double(scratch off my handicap) and I ended up getting cut

Never mind getting cut, keeping your sh*t together to beat your handicap after a 14 is worth celebrating.
