The popular Newstalk business show, Down To Business, hosted by Bobby Kerr, was broadcast this morning from UL.

The show had an obvious focus on Limerick-related issues. Anyone who is interested can listen back to the show by following the links here:

Part 2 kicks off with an interesting ~25-30 mins discussion featuring Maria Kelly (Limerick Chamber of Commerce), Prof. Paul McCutcheon (UL) And Mary Considine (Shannon Airport), where they discuss, amongst other things, the topical proposed M&S move to Limerick, Shannon airport, Limerick City of Culture 2014 and the 2030 Limerick Economic Plan. Makes for some interesting listening.

The show also features a short interview with economist Dr Stephen Kinsella from UL, chats with some local business people and highlights some local businesses.
