Will this work with 3? I know its sim free but it was to have 3G compatibility to work with their sim card, right?

Three do need 3G phones yes, but sometimes a gsm phone will work fine.

    Yes it does.

... and it has a cable stereo headset in the box.

Although, this is probably the worst looking phone Nokia has ever made, just my opinion. The Nokia 100 is lower spec but looks better.

100 is great, another option is the 105. Built for dust and water and is only £17.49. The colour won't suit everyone though. Reckon the battery will last 35 days on standby

Although the Nokia 105 has no bluetooth, and no cable headset included either. Also you get only 52 hours more standby with the Nokia 105, than the 113.

So the Nokia 113 is probably the better of the two.

Carphonewarehouse has the following deal on for this phone at the moment:

    a. Nokia 113 inc Vodafone PAYG sim
    b. Sandisk 4GB MicroSD Card
    c. Vodafone €10 top-up voucher

For €19.99 when you switch from any network to Vodafone PAYG.

I used an old sim I had and picked it up today.

Very handy for a back-up phone. If you know anyone with some unlock code 'credits' with Vodafone you should be able to get it unlocked.

Edit: Get an extra €5 after registering with My Vodafone

Anyone seen the screen of these in daylight? I noticed the older Nokia C2-01 is brutal in sunlight.
