Can anyone recommend a QS in the Newbridge, Athgarvan or Kilcullen area. I am interested in buying a site that has full planning permission on it and would like to see roughly how much it would cost to build. Also what fees should I expect to pay for such a service?

there is sticky at the top of the forum where you should stick in your request

Fee will depends of what service you want. You could get a simple cost plan up to a full blown bill of quantities and this will dictate the fee
