BT Sports mma coverage

Since the UFC has moved to BT Sports, and pretty much everyone in here has subscribed to it, I thought it might be a good idea to have a thread on their coverage.
This way, if there's any mma shows, documentaries etc, we can give a heads up in here rather than it being scattered around different threads.

Next Tuesday 13th at 9pm on BT Sports 2 there's a program called UFC: The Story So Far. It's probably nothing we don't already know, but may be worth a watch.

Wednesday 14th 11:30pm BT Sports 1 = UFC The road to the octagon. Basically a preview of the upcoming fight night.

If anyone else sees other mma program's lined up, stick it in this thread so everyone knows when it's on.

Gonna sign up this evening in time for the football and the UFC next weekend.

Had no idea Battlezone was on so i'll be sticking that on tonight!

"The Story so Far" has aired twice or more already. Very good show.

Looking forward to the Wednesday night show, but worryingly there has been no sign of the weekly roundup show that was claimed to be showing every Tuesday at 9pm.

I think their coverage has been good. The fact that they had Jones & Gustafsson on twice on different panel discussions, and Rosi Sexton doing a brief demo on Matt Dawson us already a massive improvement in promotion over what ESPN offered.

I thought I had Setanta Ireland, but I don't, anyone else know, eh, how I could watch Battlezone right now? [sorry Mods]

A question for those of you who signed up.

For the most part I watch the UFC outside my home on the sky player, if I sign up with BT can I continue to do this. Also, how long does it take to process a new subscription.

    cheers

I'm not 100%, but I think I remember someone else saying on the other theread that BT sports isn't available on the sky player in Ireland yet.

As far as the subscription process is concerned, I'm not with Sky so I don't know, but when I rang upc to subscribe, the channels were up and running within half an hour.

    Thanks for speedy reply!

If I remember correctly, you cannot access UPC media unless you're on the local network, i.e in the home.

I don't suppose BT provide separate login details to watch on-line?

They have an online player and its free if you're a customer but I think that may be only for uk customers.
Your best bet would be to ring Sky and see what they say, just to be sure.

    No prob.

Let us know what they say. I'm sure there's a few more in here wondering the same thing.

I asked the same question about Sky Go and it looks like we won't be able to watch it i'm afraid :(

I signed up the other night, Friday to be precise, and the stations were actually switched on while I was on the phone to them. Very quick.

I'm with Sky by the way.

Right so, I'll report back when I have more info.

My work schedule is one Saturday night a month (tends to be a UFC night) so this will be a deal breaker for me

BT Sports player is for UK BT customers only last time I checked. You need a BT account number to log in.

Sky won't be adding it to Sky Go as BT are essentially rivals I would have thought.

I signed up via Setanta online as I'm with Sky and it was on within minutes.

I work the occasional night shift and used to watch live, but I usually watch the recording on a Sunday afternoon so it's no big deal for me.

Cage Contender 8 - their best imo on tonight on Setanta while Cage Warriors 57 replays tonight on setanta 1.
