    Plus 1 for Barry Pearse.
Used him a few months ago and must say I am very happy with the work.

+1 for Barry Pearse. It`s his full time job. Sanding and varnishing floors.

I'm delighted I saw this thread, one of my floors is not looking great and I was thinking of taking on the job myself, having seen his demo video I might get a price off him after Christmas.

I think it might be worth the money.

It will be, was also surprised at how clean he left the place after he was finished, first time I got the floors done so wasn't really sure how much dust would be left but it was minimal

Just have the room totally cleared out for him, he has all the proper gear.
