    I upgraded to BlackTrack5 r3

    but since doing so i am now getting no handshake over my wifi.

    I am running airodump-ng for over an hour with 8689 packets.

    i deauth the Network, am picking up traffic when i reconnect, but this should, give me the WPA Handshake

    but when i run aircrack-ng test-01.cap its telling me (0 handshake)

    any one else have trouble with this ? SSID is hidden but i pick it up when i ran aireplay-ng 0 0 -aBSSID mon0

    What network adapter do you have? What driver are you using? Can you connect to your home network?

    using a Toshiba Notebook,

    Interface-> wlan0 Chipset -> Unknow Drver -> rtl8192ce[phy0]

    the chip can support injection packages

    What does aireplay-ng wlan0 -9 return?

    I got the hand shake, password was not in darkc0de wordlist .
    I am running live cd, on till I get money for a USB wifi adapter I will just keep running the live cd.

    I am now looking at setting up a open access wifi and using my laptop to catch all packets that are being passed with the network
