Amen! massive achievement lads. Well done to all who complete this.
I will always be in awe of anyone who can complete such a race. Ye should be very proud.

It is a beautiful race, and I can only urge anyone with an interest in ultra running to give it a go.

At the same time it is brutal and unforgiving - well duh, it's a 100 miler!

I'm happy I've done it and I am more than delighted with my time. I knew I'd be able to run between 17 and 18 hours, and anything starting with a 16 was always going to be a massive bonus, so I'm delighted.

2 weeks off running now. I'm battered.

Well done Thomas on a great race (as usual), was nice to share a few miles with ya, really enjoyed the race, didn't see another runner from mile 15...the last 30 miles seem to drag on a lot, anyone thinking of entering this race (just do it), i'll do it again but hopfully i'll have a few years of a break........see ya's all in longford...........
