i'm looking to put down some insulation between the kitchen and a bedroom on the first floor, to reduce noise. would this be the roll out stuff or is foam an option? also the kitchen ceiling has halogen lights. do i have to remove these and instal different lighting, or do i have to get a special casing for them to protect…
