Building a small PC

    Hi All,

    Just wondering if it is possible to build a small PC similar to say a mac mini in that it could slot easily into my tv cabinet.

    Budget would be maybe 600 euro and the only real necessity would be a HDMI port as i will be mainly using it for playing movies and TV shows downloaded off the internet through my TV which i will also be using as my monitor.

    Not building it right away at the moment it is just something i thought of that might be a bit of fun to do as a little project for myself.
