Hiya guys My partner is on my jobseekers claim as co-habiting, we receive 312 a week (my 188 plus 124 co habiting). I've now started a new job, so do I close my claim and she opens her own? I have no idea how it works. Cheers

Hiya guys

I've now started a new job, so do I close my claim and she opens her own?

I have no idea how it works.

Yeah she will need to get her own claim but it will be means tested as you are earning now
