Hi, I'm interested in studying something on the business side of things. Ultimately I think I would like to become an accountant. Which one of these courses would be better in terms of being prepared for a career as an accountant? Also, if you study Law and Business in TCD, can you become an accountant? I think this course would be good so I could keep my options open in case I decided accountancy/business really wasn't for me.

    Thanks in advance :)

Exemptions should be your main priority if accountancy is your end goal. Have a look here.

Thanks for the reply. Have you experienced studying accountancy yourself?

No. However I lived with someone who was an accountant and he was very depressed studying.
