Make it a Windows installer,(You'll need either a Windows DVD or .ISO file) pop it into the new build and boot from it. Format the 1TB and install a fresh copy of Windows onto the 1TB.

This erases EVERYTHING on your hard drive.

You could make a partition and install the new os in the partition. Then you can take any files you want over and then merge the partitions afterwards.

How did you not buy an ssd?

I have plans to get a SSD but it cost a arm and a leg right now and i did not have enough in my budget to get one but i will pick one up.

Yeah I was thinking that too.

My dad did that when upgrading from XP to 7, but we can't uninstall XP now because the computer won't boot without it.

I'm not sure how effective it is anyway. Ideally you want the os install at the outer edge of the disk. Transfer speeds are fastest there.

The H100i is a bit overkill. You're not going to get much higher overclocks over a cheap 212 evo. An ssd could have been squeezed in.
