eBay problems and no Top Rated Seller for Ireland?!

Hi,

Hoping someone can help. eBay are currently investigating this but 2 days later and no word...so Ill try here so for some help from other sellers.

I am registered in Ireland and list my items on the .ie of eBay. But when I search for them on eBay.co.uk, they don't show up in the default search (other sellers from ireland do, you will see "Location: Ireland") in the search pages. My items are located in Dublin but on UK eBay, they are showing up only on the "International sellers".

Also, I am trying to get Top Rated Seller and it appears that this can't be done from Ireland with these new changes eBay are bring in!

To be a top rated seller FROM september, you need to offer "Express Postage". In Ireland you get a list of about 8 services, some express some not, but when (for example) you click "An Post Express" this does not qualify!

I spoke to live chat who confirmed that I have met every requirement, but that my listing is still showing in the seller dashboard as not qualifying and that it is because of the postage

I told her this is express and my dispatch is same day, and she said "The system does not reconise this as express"? She said list on UK site, but then I can't qualify there for TRS cause I cannot offer Express delivery (In the UK eBay, "Express from outside the UK" doesn't qualify either

So I don't know I think my eBay account is broken..... anyone any tips or solutions?

Can't really help you , eBay / Paypal regulation is not easy to navigate .

It has to be in their terms and conditions or nothing .

You should try An Post Registered instead of Express .

Note the following :
The new TRS rules require both:
• An express delivery option offering delivery within 1 day
• A free domestic postage option.

You must offer:

A minimum returns period of 14 calendar days, using the new way of specifying your returns policy.
1-day or same-day dispatch.
An express delivery option – offering delivery within 1 day.
A free postage option.

Thanks for that. Yes I have literally gone through EVERY option, still no luck

Also my listings are still not showing up on eBay uk even though I have postage set for UK .

I don't think there's really anything you can do outside of hoping that eBay update their systems. If enough people notice this and complain, they might get the message.

Thanks for that.... I don't know what to do. Manilla don't get the issue at all.

I checked about 30 Irish sellers, listing in EURO who have added listings today, and ALL of their listings are showing up on eBay UK, mine are still showing up as "International Seller"
