Hi Just wondering would it be appropiate to contact a old work collegue, I worked with her a good few years ago and we both left the job (me first and them a few months later she did) when i left we stayed in contact as in met up for lunch and chatted but when she left we ceased.
I forgot about her and then found her mobile on a old phone i had that i was looking thought and wondering if its appropiate to txt her after all these years to see how she's doing.

Nothing wrong at all. If it's been a few years she might have changed her number though. Try hitting her up on facebook instead?
