need help with my computer please

    HI i have had my desktop (DT) for the past 3 years now and over the last 2 days the computer stops allowing me to connect to the internet. when i go to the Network and Sharing Center it says i have internet access and all is perfectly fine, i rang UPC and the issue is not their end,

    I have a 2 smart phones one is a high end samsung Galaxy s3 other a samsung mini low end and a samsung tablet 2 all perfectly connecting to internet when DT

    Any ideas?

    I can get internet access again when i restart the computer
