would a 86 same 90 turbo be able to pull a 6 ton hitachi digger and 3 buckets on a twin axle trailer, trailer i thinks is 1.8 ton its self or would it just be too much for it and too dangerous.

    Ta

If the trailer is good, braked on both axels and actually up to the job of carrying and stopping the load, the Same would pull it - pulling it is no problem - stopping it is. Sort out the braking arrangement and you're good to go. (I'd get a wee bit wary when you say "twin axle trailer" though - is it a proper low-loader trailer designed to carry machinery or just a "twin axle trailer"? There's trailers and then there's trailers. The tractors fine, is the trailer?)

was a bit worried on the stopping myself, yes trailer is factory made with brakes but tractor is only about 75hp plus the turbo and total weight of digger, buckets and trailer i found out now is approx 8.6 tons

Pull a 60 with blade and buckets with a single axle low loader with a 50+ year old mf 65 mk2. Ya can have yer big john deeres lol. Just take your time and as folks have said brakes essential. If I had your same I'd be happy out.
