getting married - fas course

Hi I am receiving jobseekers allowance and i am living with my parents. i am due to start a fas course soon. i am getting married the month before the course ends. will getting married affect my course? will i face any issues with my weekly payments? i am not living with my partner as he works in another county. Thanks
