Claiming Welfare when House Sharing

Hi all, I was hoping someone could enlighten me on an issue.

I'll be living with a few stragers this year. One of the flatmates receives all the bills and the rest of us pay him our share in cash.

I'm also going to be trying to claim Jobseekers allowance, but is there an alternative to bringing in a bill when you apply, since I won't have a bill in my name? Can you bring a letter from the landlord instead to confirm you're living away from home and contributing towards rent and bills?

    Thanks.
