Google Maps - offline cache for business apps?

    Does anyone know what the process and cost is for caching offline Google maps, for use within a commercial mobile app?

    I know offline maps are available for individuals using the Google Maps app. But for a business app, using the Google Maps API for one part of the app, is there a cost involved here?

    If anyone has experience of this, I'd appreciate your insight.
