Wait until the next good growing day is coming moisture and heat. Spray just before and get a bag of CAN out to counteract any check the spray might cause to the grass.

What fert have you out on it so far?

Spray at 3 leaf stage otherwise you will miss seedling docks. The docks you are seeing are ones that are old ones. You could spray now but will need to go again.

As Free said get out fert and spray at 3 leaf

Post emergence spray is not time related it is growth stage related. It is weak and expensive sh#te. They tell you about 1 developed leaf on clover however I would gamble and spray when the grass is at the right stage the 3 leaf stage. Fill the sprayer and have it ready in 2 weeks it may be too windy or wet. 50-60L water/acre and away you go with the growth the way it is I expect it is at or near 3 leaf stage now. If weeds gets too developed you are spraying money down the drain and will need to spray with a non clover friendly spray next year especially if you have chickweed.
