Siteworks/development at Loch Gowna ??

I was driving in this scenic area over the Bank Holiday weekend and noticed a large siteworks overlooking Lough Gowna at the bridge at Dernaferst .Anyone got any any idea of what the development is ? Just wondering could it be possible that the planners in the local authority allowed a construction/development on this site…

This is a really nice area with an amenity area alongside the lake , it would be a pity to see a housing development impinge on the scenery of the area ?
