Extending Eircom WiFi with Linksys WAP54G Access Point - possible?

I have an Eircom ZyXel P-660HW-T1 v3wireless router, and a Linksys WAP54G Access Point

Has anyone been able to successfully extend using the WAP54G?

    This article says:
The WAP54G will work as a wireless repeater with the following devices:

    Linksys Wireless-G Access Point (WAP54G)
    Linksys Wireless-G Router (WRT54G)
But it doesn't really say it WON'T work with other devices, so I dunno. It goes on to say:
To configure the access point as a wireless repeater, you need to perform two steps:

Checking the Wireless MAC Address of a Wireless Router/Access Point
Setting-Up Wireless Repeater Mode on the WAP54G

Apologies for the n00b question - but where do I find the Wireless MAC Address of the Eircom ZyXel yoke? (had a flick through the settings but it's not jumping out at me)

    Cheers...
