Any idea where in Dublin I'd be able to buy the following?

If you don't necessarily mean in Dublin city centre,
Then Churchtown Stores in Churchtown (near Dundrum), should be able to sort you out with all of them i'm sure.
No problem buying individual items instead of packs of 3,000 every tuime you need a screw.
