    All races Castlehyde, Grange, Acres 9 kilometre circuit. U12 - 1 lap, U14 - 2 laps, U16 - 4 laps, A1&2 - 10 laps, A3 - 8 laps, A4 - 6 laps. Sign on at Colaiste An Chraobhin. Start at Castlehyde. Underage races start at 10.30, Seniors 12.00.

    Is it hilly? The terrain looks pretty flat round there, but maps can be deceiving.

    That looks like the course alright, Castlehyde, Grange, Acres it says on the site. Looks like a few drags on there but nothing to make you throw on the 28. Thanks Dermo.

    That's the correct route. No hills, but plenty of big ring drags.
