I'm over in the states at the moment and I'm thinking of picking up a new GPU and CPU as the prices seem to be decent.

My current motherboard is Asus M5A97 and my Ram is 16 Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 and I have a 750w PSU.

I'm thinking of adding EVGA GTX 770 and AMD FX-8350.

Can anyone see any potential issues or bottlenecks? Is it an overkill?

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Julez

Looks good. If you want to save a bit you could grab a 760 gtx. The 770 has 25% more performance but costs 50% more.
