Front wheel brake discs

    I've a 2007 fiat punto, the front left wheel has a grinding noise when i press down on the brake, anyone know how much it will be to get new brake discs? Thanks

    Id say you need pads not discs

    Or pads and discs depending on how long its been grinding.

    Pads on theyre own about eighty euro.

    Pads and discs between about one twenty and one fifty.

    Those are prices off the top of my head.

    Thanks for your reply. are the pads expensive? would I only have to get front wheel pads, or front and rear??

    Thanks, sorry just seen your reply.

    Its been on and off, I was in Galway last week and it wasn't a prob, the week before a few sounds but went away, and yest and today its back when I press the break

    Get it looked at asap you might be lucky and get away with just pads.

    But if you leave it not only will it seriously effect your braking but your pocket also.
