Not sure if it's a good time to plant trees?

Link doesn't work you have an extra I at the end of it, rather than.ie it reads .ieI

The link worked for me last night by removing the last "I" - however the new "improved" link doesn't.

As your girlfriend is a horticulturist you'd know I mean in general its best to plant root balled in winter and bare root no later than mid April, whereas its generally ok to plant containerised trees all year round.

And besides Garycrocs said they werent sure it was a good time to plant trees and they are right, in general its not a good time to plant trees imo

Also everyone I talk to about trees talks about Future Forests in west cork, the folks always pops in there if they're down that direction. Some great prices on their site.

Tully Nurseries and also PJ Larkin & Sons (aka www.hedges.ie) are very good to deal with.

I got an incredible price on my hedge - 350 bareroots from Tully nurseries even after paying 80 euro delivery they were less than half the price of pj larkin who is about 5 mins from my house. Gotta give it to Larkin for the creative advertising hes really put his estate agent past to good use.
