I can't help with the viewing but I know w124s make a minimum of 500 to 600 for breaking for export

and the leather in this makes it worth a bit more so it's not a bad investment at the asking price,
i hope this helps your decision

That car looks really well considering its age, and the W124 is a million times better than the W210 that came after it; it was the last of the over engineered E class models. No rust or other reliability problems to worry about either.

I did some small research on this model & it seems it suffered from electric problems .( wiring ) i geuss if everything works it should be fine.

I thought the last run of the W124s (1993 to 1994) did suffer from rust issues as that was around the time Merc switched from lead based paint to water based paint?

Ive a 1996 E220 Coupe and they sure do suffer from rust.

So far the areas most liable to rust are the sills; rust starts of @ the jacking points and carries on.
The front wings seem to just crumble away.
The bodywork under the washer fluid tank and under the ABS module rust too.

Mine is an english import; registered in Ireland in 1999 so maybe the english salt roads had alot to do with its rust probs.

Very disappointing to see a well engineered car fall victim toi rust so easy especially considering the price of them new........but........ the comfort more than makes up for it!!!!!

Mine is a 3 month summer use only car as I dont want it to get any worse rust wise.

Beautiful car in the add too.....
