    Old old old news.

    Mobile is for on the go. Clue in name. I never go anywhere, so got the WiFi only Kindle.

    Absolutely ancient news but keeps on needing to be said, after all DCENR are probably going to fund yet another monopoly 3/4G provider and declare "everybody has broadband" in some sort of triumphant way...

    They don't know the difference between Internet and Broadband. They think anything not using analogue dialup must be Broadband.

    Mobile is just wireless dialup. In perhaps 10% to 15% of cases no better than dual channel ISDN for speed and worse for latency, errors and dropped connections. More often refuses to connect than ISDN too.
