I lost a HTC One in the early hours of last night in the city centre. I figure its worth a try posting about it here before getting it blacklisted. If anyone has found it I'm paying a €100 reward to get it back!

Did you try Plan B app ? You can install it from the play store online after you lose your phone and it can help locate it.
    link : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lookout.labs.planb&hl=en

Or if you have dropbox that syncs with your phone it's worth looking through your files on dropbox online to see if whoever has it has used it to take any photos that have then been uploaded.

Cheers, just had a look at Plan B there but unfortunately it only works for Android version 2.0 - 2.3.

    They have another app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lookout

that is called antivirus etc but it has a "find your phone" feature. I've never used it though.

If you had location tracking turned on you can try latitude.google.com.

    Good luck!

Cheers, I've installed those apps now remotely. Looks like the phone hasnt been turned on since though. Its not looking good that I'll get it back :( ..Its blacklisted now, but I was given a code to un-blacklist it if it does turn up.
