Employer wants to change my contract

    I have been working for my employer under a permanent, full-time contract for approx. 6 years. They have now offered me a new temporary, 9-month contract which includes less holidays and specifies when I have to take them as well as numerous other changes.

    If I do not accept this new contract does my employer either have to retain me on my current contract or make me redundant?
