Twice this week I have seen a plain white transit van with blacked out rear windows sitting on the hard shoulder before Hamills service station

He/she was sitting right on the line and blocking the view to Hamills entrance.

When i passed today he/she was sitting in further and had his hazard lights on which was probably in response to my email to the traffic corps :)

Im in no way against any form of road safety but parking on a hard shoulder and blocking a drivers view of a service entrance is a bit stupid! Im pretty sure if i parked on the hard shoulder to read a paper id be fined.

There is a few spots along that stretch where he/she could pull in safely!!

Am i just being a whining B****x or is it the usual one rule that seems to distinguish classes!
