Couldn't find anything in the search. Just wondering if I build a 25sqm shed is it the floor space inside that has to fall under the 25sqm or the whole structure?

    Yes I read that.

It is my understanding that a shed would be a class 3 structure; subject to a maximum size of 25sqm.

I cannot see any reference to the measurement being taken form the inside of the exterior walls.
