Maintenance Grant if studying in Germany/Switzerland/Austria?

I'm currently completing a BSc.

If after completion, I wanted to study for an MSc in Germany, Switzerland or Austria are there any maintenance grants available for this?

Do I apply for such grants in the country I would be considering studying in?

I would not have studied for a Masters level course before.

You cant get a grant from Ireland

Postgraduates may get financial assistance under the Student Grant Scheme with the cost of tuition fees for approved postgraduate courses in Ireland and Northern Ireland. There is no assistance under the Scheme for courses elsewhere in the EU.
