    News like this is never good for farmers, but the early it comes out definitely the better, good that Fronterra are trying to nip it in the bud and recalled anything effected. I heard it on the news on the radio afew hours ago though, amazing how the media can pickup on a story and give it momentum so quickly!

    I would hope that Glanbia would be trying to make hay out of this.
    A knock for fonterra should be good for us on this side of the globe , I would think.

    So many noises coming out of China at the moment and directed towards imported dairy - particularly NZ - any more and it'll begin to look like something more than unhappy co-incidence.

    Especially in light of recent land investments and various decisions regarding that topic.
